Hello Mt Sinai Family,

We are happy to announce that the Mt Sinai Community Development Corporation received a supply of COVID-19 over-the-counter antigen test kits from the Los Angeles Department of Public Health (LADPH).  These home test kits, per LADPH, are being made available to the community free of charge to help make our County a safer place over the holidays.

As you may know and as demonstrated with previous holidays, COVID-19 cases tend to rise following holiday gatherings.  We are hopeful that these test kits will help you to be better informed of your COVID-19 status, and that you responsibly take appropriate actions to protect your health and the health of others around you.

Because we have a limited supply of at home test kits, kits will be distributed based on a reservation system.  If you desire a test kit, please complete the following registration link:

Please note:

1. Once registered, you may pick up test kits on Tuesday, January 4 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, only.
2. Test kits that are not picked up may be distributed to others.
3. You must comply with the instructions provided with the test kits.

Please know that we are working with LADPH to receive additional test kits and will alert you once additional kits are made available.
