There is no greater privilege than to minister to the youngest members of our congregations—our children.  It is the ultimate goal of children’s ministry to present the truths of God’s Word at an age-appropriate level in a loving and safe environment.  The goal of the ministry is to lead every child into a real and personal relationship with Jesus Christ; and to teach and encourage each child to live as Spirit-filled believers.

“The Mt. Sinai COGIC Children’s Ministry is committed to give every child the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Our desire is for every child to know that he or she is loved by God, and loved by us, as we serve them by teaching them God’s word.” 

The Mt. Sinai Children’s Ministry is committed to the following goals:  

• To provide Jesus Christ’s example of love and acceptance to the kids we minister to.  
• To create a fun and interesting atmosphere for the children to enjoy.  
• To teach age appropriate curriculum that interests and challenges each age group.  
• To evangelize children to give them the opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.  
• To encourage children to share their Savior with their family, friends and others.  
• To train and equip our volunteers to be able to carry out the goals of this ministry.
