Each year, the membership of Mt Sinai COGIC comes together for its Annual Business Meeting. The Business Meeting is designed to review ministry accomplishments for the previous year, discuss ministry and revenue projections for the new year, elect board members, and disclose account information.

This communication is to let you know that the 2022 Annual Business Meeting session will be conducted virtually on Zoom. As we prepare for this meeting, please observe the following:

1. Please calendar March 3, 2022 at 7 p.m. for the meeting date and time.
2. The meeting is for Mt Sinai COGIC membership only. To ensure that we protect confidentiality and provide a safe meeting place, we are asking all to pre-register to join the meeting by clicking here. Only persons who are members, and register will be provided the link to the scheduled Business Meeting and will be permitted meeting access. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Each voting member must register—DO NOT register as a household. Pre-registration will end on Sunday, February 27 at 11:59 p.m. If you do not register by the close date, you will not be able to access the meeting.
3. If you desire to run to become a member of the Board of Directors, please submit your interest letter and resume to the Ms. Michelle Love, Church Secretary at secretary@mtsinaicogic.org by no later than February 15, 2022. Please note that late submissions may not be considered.REMINDER: To be eligible for Board of Directors consideration, you must be a member of the church in good standing. Good standing, per the church’s bylaws means that you: defend the faith with a holy and consecrated life, demonstrate regular church attendance, consistently support of the ministry financially, and do not have dual church membership.
